1. General Agreement

By placing an order with Strix Shop, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

• All items are made in verified factories unless otherwise stated.
• Colors, textures, and finishes may differ slightly from photos due to lighting, materials, or screen settings.
• Generally, accessories within photos are not included.
• All products are sold “as is.”

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including incorrect pricing, limited stock, or suspected misuse.

4. Delivery

• Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
• We are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or unclaimed packages after delivery.
• If you refuse to accept the items or pay within 7 days, there will be a penalty of $1 for each additional day after the 7-day grace period.
• Orders are collected at the end of each month; shipping usually takes 30-48 days after the end of each month.

5. Returns & Refunds

No returns, no refunds, unless required by applicable law. Exceptions apply only if:

• The product arrives severely damaged, AND
• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery, AND
• You provide clear photo or video evidence.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production or packaging has begun, unless required by law and a cancellation form is submitted.

7. Payments

All sales are final once payment is processed. Promotional codes must be applied at “order check” and cannot be added afterwards.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Inspect the product upon arrival and report issues within 48 hours. Use products safely and appropriately.

9. Liability

Strix Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, misuse, or allergic reactions. Maximum liability is limited to 1.5× the purchase price of the item.

10. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order processing and delivery. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties unless required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Disputes must be resolved through informal communication first.

13. Business Nature

Strix Shop operates as a dropshipping store. Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers and manufacturers.
